Whats this do?

Ok so I have literally (and I don't use this term lightly) just got my registration through for Battrick. My ID is 11507.

Any pointers for an absolute N00by McN00b? Looks like fun but I've got absolutely no idea whats going on :eek:

i've just started too mate, there's a thread 'BT newbie help' or something similar that i opened today, should be of some use. give you a game at some point, anyway :)

OK, first bit of advice is don't spend any money, or do anything until you have read the rules. Twice.

Basics are batsmen need batting (a primary skill), but also stamina and concentration (the secondary skill). Bowlers need bowling, stamina and consistency. Fielding is nice, but not essential.

Young players train quicker in primaries, but old players train quicker in the secondary skill. Stamina is the same time regardless of age. For a training strategy see BT Help thread started by Loz today!
