1. Are you a Shrimper living in or around West Bromwich / Sutton Coldfield / Dudley / Walsall?

2. Are you free to do a 20-minute phone interview with me next week (ideally on Boxing Day / 27th Dec)?

3. Can you get a digital photo of yourself taken outside The Hawthorns wearing a Southend shirt and email it to me?

I'd get the missus to do it, trouble is she'd be wearing a West Brom shirt and sticking two fingers up at the camera!

And a 20min interview would take an hour and a half
