West Ham Tickets

Having been looking at getting my tickets for the forthcoming Cup game and after trying last week when all I was offered were row B seats I tried again........

I said that I wanted 4 tickets and that they mustn't be in rows A - K (dont want to be too near the front), he said that was ok then took my credit card details, and said they would be sent out to me within the next few days (without even asking for my address!!). he then came back on the line and said that they were in row G, so i told him that I didn't want them. He goes "OK then I will throw that one in the bin" I said, sorry I am not happy with that, thats not a very professional attitude, telling me that you are just going to throw my credit card details in the bin, then went on to ask how was he going to send them to me when he hadn't even asked for my address, couldn't give me an answer to that one....

Complete idiots, told me to call back next week when they will be selling rows K - Z.

I thought they were selling them block by block ? Not row by row ??
Anyone else experienced any problems ?

Well i have a seat in row T and i got my ticket about a week ago. I didn't ask for anything specific, so i don't know how they are selling them but obviously they have already started with rows k-z.

What's wrong with being near the front? Are the Hammers fans really such animals that by sitting in the front few rows, we risk being urinated on / having things thrown at us etc. from the upper tier of the Centenary Stand?

I'd better check where my tickets are, I s'pose...
