Wesley Fonguck departs for Ebbsfleet

Not consistent enough and lightweight in tackling. Occasionally produced the goods in the final third ,but if we are to get out of this league we need better.
 
I always thought West was a particularly skillful footballer but his lack of goal threat, for example passing when shooting would have been more productive and when he did take a shot at goal the effort seemed to lack conviction. Overall, he was one of too many non goalscoring midfielders. As others have said he should be applauded for sticking with us through the grim times.
 
I Liked Wes and was a decent Pro , however i always had a feeling if we was looking to improve on our squad and make a serious push for Promotion that he maybe one of the first to depart, had more good games than bad and as mentioned he stuck by us through some tough times

Nothing but respect and admiration if/when he returns to play at Roots Hall , i hope the majority feel this way too
