Well done Freddy

Southampton Shrimper

Team Eggheads
Congratulations to Freddy for scoring his 50th goal for the club on Saturday, let's hope there's plenty more to come.

He also managed to match Ian Benjamin's feat from 1991, by scoring the goal that got us promoted to the second tier and then the first goal at that level.

Well done Freddy!

Unlucky not to get another in the second half too.

He is going to be a handful to any team this year as long as we can get the ball to him.

I certainly agree with Tilly when he says that Freddy will score at any level. I don't think the Championship is going to be too much of a step up for him.

Great stuff from Freddy, he could easily get in to the top 10 SUFC goalscorers if he scores another 16 goals.

His first-time drag back and thundering 25-yarder in the 2nd half was superb.

Wonder how many games it will take him to get his second fifty for the club....

Seriously, if you have to have 30 odd goals to qualify, he must have one of if no the best goals per game record in the football league..
