I'd leave him there as it will take the best part of 22 weeks to get him to Exquisite, you'd be better off changing it to a Stamina net and taking him to Superb.

As for your team, it's quite similar to mine in that 2 of your best batsmen are all-rounders. Makes things difficult. I don't know how to help though, will have a proper look in a bit.

Haven't really decided yet - was thinking of stopping batting at next pop (towards the end of the season I guess) then switching net to either WK or stamina but bowling I'm happy to take advice on. Will be used solely in ODs unless I get desperate to guarantee top 4 spot in FC towards end of season.
