Raven currently on a Bowling and Fielding net. Thinking about losing the fielding net or should i keep it because of the fairly low Conc!? Going to get him upto superb fitness at some point, but may wait a season or two for that!

Sookie is on 2 batt, a fielding and a stamina net. After talking to MrB, he reckons strong is fine for now and can take him upto superb at some other point, when he isn't taking up as many nets so i may give that fitness net to Browne or do something else with it.

Kev

I would drop both your fielding nets now, as both cons are within 1 level of the primaries, apart from that everything else seems OK. Maybe float the Stamina net around, would be the only other option.

Middleton finished his primary training today, just need to get his Stamina up now. His net will go on Nag's Stamina, as Feeble isn't going to cut it ! Nice one for Lea as well, 4 weeks training and everything except batting has popped. XP pop for Des as well

I'd probably drop the fielding net on Raven, assuming you've someone else you can use it on. In fact I'd sooner give him a batting net instead of a fielding one. By age 21 secondaries train quicker than primaries anyway.

I'd be interested in hearing people's views on stamina. I've been training my batsmen to respectable/proficient and my bowlers to strong, but Griffith who continually outperforms his stats has higher stamina than most of my batsmen, so I wonder if it is a stronger factor than i've been giving it credit for?

If Sookie is being trained with 2 batting nets, he'll need that fielding net some time. It is more efficient to train concentration on older players, so he could wait until he was ready to drop the second batting net and switch it to fielding then.

Yep, good point. I'd forgotten he was on 2 batting nets.

I definetly want to keep that net on Sookie's fielding, as YB aluded too! Good idea about Raven. Might be worth giving him a batting net as i dont really have too much else going on until i get a new YP on the cards early next season!

I reckon it is pretty important. Only example I can give is Evelyn against Potter, (Exc/Sens against Won/Exq). Evelyn has only once failed to go past 50 in OD games this year, whilst Potter has only got past 50 in 5 out of 11 innings. Stamina wise Potter has only just got to Proficient, while Evelyn started the season at Respectable +5 and has been trained to Strong +3

A very welcome pop in consistency. The bowling should come soon assuming I hadn't missed out his bowling net for more than 2 weeks when I had my last re-shuffle.

Only pop I had was the allrounder to superb fielding - bit of a disappointment as I was expecting a couple of primaries to move. Must be next week.

BTR just under 38K aged 19 on 1 bat, 1 bowl and 1 field
Stamina Competent
Bat Strong Conc Competent
Bowl Quality Cons Superb
Fielding Superb

Shaping up nicely - considering a WK net but PFL is not the best in the world and I still need him for ODs this season.
