Weather tomorrow?

Overnight temperature is supposed to be +2 degrees with tomorrow having a maximum of +5 so hopefully we may be reasonably frost free.

what I cant understand is why is the game kicking off at 3:00pm when it is not a bank holiday or nothing? i am sure a 7:45 kick off would attract a larger crowd?

It is a Bank Holiday - it's in lieu of the 26th, which wasn't a Bank Holiday as such as it was a Sunday.

How does Roots Hall stand up to the frost?
Normally, not too good. Roots Hall has very good drainage but as the ground sits in a hollow the frost can play merry hell with thawing out. Im hoping its milder tonight so the game is on. Shouldn't be too much of a problem if the weather stays above freezing.

Im looking forward for a 3pm Kick off at home. We havent had one for some time.

Tuesday is a bank holiday this year. Don't ask me why, but bear in mind that most people are going back to work on wednesday so a 3.00pm kick off will work better in our favour.

Its the South Stand end which normally cause's a problem but from what i've seen on the weather, it looks like there is going to be some heavy rain coming across the country, hence cloud, hence warmer weather and frost shouldn't play a problem. Come 9am it should be clear with sun for the rest of the day ...

Always found Metcheck a pretty good place to look at.

Dont wanna be negative or nothing but lets hope our run continues, we havent lost in league since wycombe and they havent won for 11 games...

Oh yes they have - they won at Shrewsbury last weekend. They also have the Keith Curle situation sorted and will be fresh from their day off yesterday. Won't be an easy game, especially if the pitch is a bit dodgy. Would happily take 4 points from the next two home games.

Yeovil, away (1-3), was our last defeat IIRC...

I'm guessing SOTW means at home. Wonder when was the last time we went over three months without a home defeat?
