Hi there

On my way to B&Q for 10% Wednesdays, I often glance over to the blues training ground and wonder what the score is regarding watching the blues training. I popped in yesterday and could see some players in the far distance but wasn’t sure if I was allowed to venture on to the pitches. So, can anyone help with:

- on what days do they train (presumably this may vary if they have Friday/mid-week games)
- can you go on to the pitches
- do you ever get close enough to chat to the players (I’m still seething over the Oxford player who effectively got Grant sent off and would love to know if anything is being done about him)

Any help appreciated.

they are normally over there from around 10.30-11.00 most mornings and you watch from the start of the pitches as they wont let you get to close due to having pests talking to the players while training and giving away our secrets and that:winking:

They are very good I pop over quite often and normally watch from the paved area in front of the building. We did once venture around the outside as they was a fair distance which they were fine about. They do walk past most acknowledge you but all are willing to talk if you strike up a conversation. Harris always asks how your doing and the management always make small talk

The first team squad train close to the car park, and in the middle. The Youth train in the far distance. Best to watch from the car, great view and keep warm. If taking a son, you can watch from the edge of the first pitch. As joe said, Harris especially and others will stop for a chat as they pass you when going for lunch.

The First team usually have Wednesdays off so you'll only really see the Youth Team or see those who are there to do fitness work on a Wednesday
