Watching horse racing in the pub?

Heading to Southend at the start of march for the Rotherham game.And on the Sunday I will want to watch the horse racing before super Sunday!Last year I couldn't find a pub that showed it so can yous all tell me the name of any pubs in southend that do show the racing.Many thanks Irish Shrimper

at a boozer on a friday night in Chelmsford and their choice of programme without sound and subtitles was 'at the races' before this was switched to watford v palace.
