Perverse judgement here. I'm surprised that the judge felt either of their reputations were such that they could be further defamed.

I'm not in anyway legally qualified, but after reading the judgement (Thanks YB for publishing), It seems to me that the Judge was right in his conclusions, and damages awarded, whilst high for a private individual, were not excessive. But I'm sure someone on here will be able to quote other cases that make this sound judgement unfair.
