Wanadoo broadband

Does anyone on here use wanadoo broadband, and if so have they recevied a letter about a free 2 meg upgrade?

I sent off an email about the free upgrade and they said i would be upgraded within 10 working days. It has now been about a month and still no upgrade.

i was just wondering if anyone else has sent off for the upgrade and have actually been upgraded.

Using Wanadoo here but never had a letter about a free upgrade. They want £20 to upgrade the line to 2 meg at the moment but with the possibility of up to 8 meg in the future.

Bluyonder recently upgraded mine to 2Mbs for free.

Well I started off with 512k then Telewest upgraded me to 750k and then 1Mb all for free

and now since the end of Nov they upgrade me again for gratis to 4Mb. Still paying the same price i paid from day one so glad to see they are not forgetting the old customers when it comes to the upgrades.

I still havent been upgraded yet from a 512k on Telewest.

If we have, it's bloody slow....

Still haven't had my upgrade on Telewest Blueyonder from 1mb to 4mb - must drop them another email...

I also use Wannadoo 1MEG Broadband, have had no letter about a free upgrade either.

I am still waiting for a free upgrade.
Alas my continuing experiences and "problems" with computers /Ipods/Technology means that i am now veering more towards being a Luddite, am spending less and less time on computers, feeling better for it.

Have you got a Customers Services email address for Telewest? I have received nothing about being upgraded yet & wonder if it's only in certain Telewest areas.
