Quite a bizarre penalty Mings gave away. Keeper takes a short goal kick and he picks the ball up and proceeds to place it back in the 6 yd box and takes the goal kick again. Handball is given, imho, correctly.
It always surprises me when players 'take' a throw to transfer the ball to another player to take the throw - always think they're risking the ref blowing for handball.
