Villa recommendations

Folks...looking at holidays for next year so we're looking for a villa holiday in Europe for 2 adults and a rugrat. Any recommendations? Fancy a bit of La Belle Francais, but anywhere warm, away from the usual "Brits abroad" would be ideal. Ta in advance....

Paul,
PM me if you think you might be interested in Cebazan (my wife rents out a gite there). You'd need a car and/or could fly in to Beziers or Montpellier aiport.

We rented a gite last year nr Bergerac. It was really nice, but a bit quiet unless you're into wine tasting. Had a pool and was a great chill-out. Need to split the drive down there or fly and hire a car.

South of France all day long!,
Go in May( not Grand Prix weekend and not kids holiday)and rent a caravan for around £200,Owner will arrange transport from Nice airport at around £60 return fare,Supermarket just up the road from site and it will be very warm weather.

Total cost for the week excluding spending money and depending on deal you get with Easyjet ..£600?

Sounds interesting. Do you have a link to a website MrsB?

Google "camp de pylon' There are plenty of vans to rent all at reasonable cost,Site has large outdoor pool ,shops, bars and several takeaway eateries,You can also buy train ticket for 1 euro each and ride all day long,Plus at off peak period the site is never packed...Heaven.

Might be worth looking at the Center Parcs European locations as well Paul, plenty in France, Holland and Belgium.

I would never recommend Villa. Stick with Southend United, things will improve.
You are entitled to your opinion of course, but I would say Ricky Villa gets my recommendation for that goal alone....

As to holiday villas we are looking for next year but at moment need a 5 bedroom place and its proving tricky to find a decently priced one.

Come and stay in the gite i look after, nice house, quiet, great views, pool not touristy area and best of all i get to look after you and your family whilst here in France.
So you are covered if you need help with hospitals or doctors with the little one.

Thanks all, chose a place near Cherbourg (Barneville Carteret). Not to far to drive, close to a beach, not too expensive. Looks lovely.

Where there lots of murders.?

The TV show can't have done much for tourism.
