So, we pretty much know who we are playing next season, except the following, so given a choice, what would your three teams ideally be :-

Down from The Championship

Blackburn Rovers
Birmingham City
Nottingham Forest

Up from League Two

Carlisle United
Blackpool
Luton Town
Exeter City
Stevenage
Cambridge United
Colchester United
Wycombe Wanderers
Mansfield Town

Leaving League One

Scunthorpe United
Bradford City
Fleetwood Town
Millwall

I'd like to see Nottingham Forest come down and, so as to renew the rivalry, Col Utd to come up.

Would definitely like to see the back of Millwall.

I'd like to see Blackburn come down. I've not been to Ewood since the 92 minute David Speedie goal. Plus I've got a good mate up there who I've not seen in a while.

I'm kinda in agreement that seeing Millwall go up would be a good thing on many levels. I've promised myself never to visit the New Den again.... but you know. But that said, out of the three, long term thinking, Bradford.

Coming up. Carlisle. But only if we get to play them away on a Tuesday....

Down from The Championship

Blackburn - Have a feeling they'd be less formidable than the other two in our division.

Up from League Two

Wycombe - Felt a bit sorry for their fans at Wembley, and nothing screams success for Colchester more than picking three fights to cover your bases and losing them all.

Leaving League One

Meh. Bradford are probably the biggest club and potentially the bigger competition next year.

Nottingham Forest. To be in the same division as 2 x European Champions!

Wycombe Wanderers. For their manager. Glad he lost at Wembley - but would be great to see a very decent man succeed.

Scunthorpe United. A small club who battled against the odds with Sheffield United at the top before faltering. For their fans who saw it crumble.

One thing is for certain L1 will be stronger financially next season. By that I mean with the likes of Plymouth and Portsmouth replacing Chesterfield and Port Vale the L1 wage bill will be higher. Same thing happened last year when Col U and Crew went down.

Ron will have to open the war chest just to keep us in the same position in the pay league.

I'd like Birmingham to come down, Fleetwood to go up and Blackpool to come up - quality away weekend!

Blackburn to come down because they are probably the weakest of a strong trio, Millwall to go up because nobody likes them and Exeter to join us because we can beat them (and it's also a nice part of the world for a weekend break).

Blackburn to come down; blasted foreign owners, I have not been there since the 97th minute Speedie equalizer.
Fleetwood to go up and "bless" the Chumps with Burtonesque crowds.
Exeter to come up as they are a nice club who are in a nice area to visit and are..................nice.

Blackburn to come down because it's quite local for me and would be a new ground, plus as others have said they'd probably be the weakest out of the three who could get relegated.

I'd like Blackpool to come back up because it's a cracking weekend away and again not far for me, and my girlfriend's family support them. Failing that Colchester so we can embarrass them again. Not too bothered who wins the League One play-offs, I'd like Fleetwood to stay down as it's another local one for me. Would be happy for Scunthorpe or Bradford to go up as they're both tough grounds to go to, and I think they deserve it more than Millwall.

Forest down, Luton up (nice and local away match - Col Ewe and Wycombe can **** off) and I couldn't care less who goes up from L1.

Cambridge up - great city for ale and nice and local.

Blackburn down, new ground for me and I agree with others that they won't be as strong as Brum or Forest due to their awful owners.

To go up from ours, meh. Probably Bradford, they're the biggest club and arguably the least offensive. It's still a bit raw to want Millwall to succeed plus it's an easy away game. Scunny and Fleetwood are small clubs who are punching well above their weight and may be vulnerable to having their best players plucked. Plus we must be due a win up at Scunthorpe.

Blackburn to come down... plenty of reasons.
Wycombe to come up... nice club, easy-ish to get to, that hug between Phil and Gareth.
Millwall to leave us... No-one likes them (including me), but apparently they don't care. Hate going there but always do, and never enjoy myself.

Down from The Championship

Birmingham City - still not forgiven them for Judas, we can take them. Good away day too !

Up from League Two

Cambridge United - A nice day out and not too far to travel either

Leaving League One

Scunthorpe United - on merit they deserve to go up as the team who finished 3rd.

Blackburn to come down......Not played them for a while and daughters partner is a fan. Indian owners, not a good thing.
Milwall up........to see them come straight back down. Karma.
Blackpool up.......Always a good footie visit which adds numbers to away support, especially if weathers half decent.

Down from The Championship

Birmingham City - closer for our travelling fans

Up from League Two

Colchester United - I enjoy the rivalry

Leaving League One

Bradford City - probably harder to beat than the others

Down from The Championship

Birmingham or Blackburn - either would be a new ground for me

Up from League Two

Luton or Cambridge - as above

Leaving League One

Bradford or Millwall as both are more likely than the other two to be near the top again next year if they don't go up

Been meaning to do the Carlisle trip for a few years now, here's another chance, but as said before bet it's Tuesday night in January:stunned:
