U2 out of Glastonbury

I don't think anybody hopes to see U2, I think they just have that sanctimonious, holier-than-thou tosspot thrust onto them.

A good summing up. When Bono and Geldof were on their high horses about cancelling all debts to third world nations, I wrote to him asking to lend me a million pounds with a solemn promise he would never see it again. Strangely I never heard back from him.

Delighted!

I just hope they don't replace them with Coldplay, because that would be a lot worse.

Fingers crossed for Kings of Leon.

How about Sting as a replacement.

Just as middle of the road and just as much of a **** as Bonio.

I'm not bothered, as I wasn't going to see them anyway. However if it means a few less 30-something estate agents trying coke for the first time show up, then wahey!
