According to CP no embargo.

As for budget i fully expect it to be tight, expected a few signings early doors and then for it to slow down. We can sign all season long, so the one in one out after the first game (maybe even in the week up to that first game) was always the most likely thing
 
Looking at the long term loan rules I can see no reason to delay announcement/registration as its not for a set max number of days as such?

6.6.3 Long Term Loan Transfers – Clubs may have up to a maximum of six (6) Long Term Loan Transfers of any age during a Playing Season.
Long Term Loans shall be for a full Playing Season, or from any date prior to or on 16 October to any date between 2 January and 1 February inclusive, or from any date between 2 January and 1 February inclusive (the Winter transfer window) to the end of the Playing Season.

I've just had a quick look at one of my daughter's old psychology reference books and I found this:

Paranoia is an instinct or thought process believed to be heavily influenced by anxiety or fear, often to the point of delusion and irrationality. Paranoid thinking typically includes persecutory, or beliefs of conspiracy concerning a perceived threat towards oneself.

If you're still feeling it tomorrow I'd think about therapy for it.:Smile2:

I strongly suspect we are close to the budget and Ron is insisting on outs to free headroom for ins- hence the delay. I wonder if there are a couple of outs including Sim that will add up to any more than one of Mr Eyebrows eyebrows...

I’d expect both of them through the door before the season opener. If it’s to be just one, Dennis is the most likely of the two because his seen as a starter straight off the bat. He has other options, but he is happy here, PB confirmed that.

The QPR lad would be an impact sub currently. Whether QPR are happy with that is what the deal will hinge on.

Fiancees on both deals have already been discussed.

Crhris Phillips has said the club is not under any embargo .And he always knows when we are .Agreed the budget maybe tight .But if as i suspect Norwich will pay the bulk of his wage then there should be know issue .
