I've seen Joyce on FB at about 1 o clock some days so i'd think they'd train from around 10 - 12 ish but that is a complete guess.

but they start going home aroung 12:30/1

My comment was pretty fair considering how they played on Tuesday night. Very lack lustre. When they train, I would love to know what they practice, it doesn't look like it is passing the ball or defending set pieces at the moment!
