I reckon we could use it for the next few years if we wanted to.. originally we were to vacate B&L to allow access for the building work, but that could be a very long time away!
Lots of nice new Forza goals there. They’re not cheap. More COSU expense.

Certainly not playable in their current state. Not been looked after (again!).
I'm assuming that similarly to the the RH pitch, the absence of the head groundsman very recently while on hols, left things to lesser knowledgeable persons and inappropriate maintenance.I
Whilst cosu have done amazing things the basics behind the scenes still need a lot of attention, probably at a cost.

Not being funny as we all deserve breaks, buts why’s the head (only?) groundsman going away at most important time of season regarding getting pitch ready? Weird.
It looks like we had not one, but two good results yesterday as the revised layout for the portacabins and car park for the new training ground was approved (or deemed a non-material amendment) by Rochford District Council. There's a few conditions that will need attending to before they can move on site (drainage plan, earth bund construction, car park surfaced etc.).

That's all very well but the 'block' numbered 2 is marked down as Academy shower/changing.
Where are the 1st Team squad changing rooms? Are they expected to change in their cars? It all looks a bit Borough Comb' if you ask me! ; )

The Drying Area looks big, could that be for 1st team changing too? Or maybe the gym will have those facilities?

I think it was Maidstone away on a Tuesday night, that maidstone has this type of goal on their 4G pitch.
I remember the lino having to move / wheel the goal back onto the white line after it had moved back of the line from the SUFC shots on goal.
