Top Goalscorer

I've been looking at the odds for Top Goalscorer in League 2.

I want to win myself £1,500 but can't decide whether to put my £10 on Drewe Broughton or Blair Sturrock.
Both are available at 150/1. any ideas?

drewe broughton, he will play more games than blair. with us having 4 other gd strikers and PS wanting a prolific striker it will cut blair's time on the pitch. if u see were im coming from.

Was looking at this last night, was going to have a punt on Spencer. Was also going to stick a tenner on us to gain promotion but we've gone from 33/1 to 4/1.

Well I think it might be something to do with us having a team now. We were 33/1 before PS had made a signing.

argh i see lol. we have the makings of a gd team, all we need is an assured prolific scorer. we could have one in spencer but we really dnt know untill we see. but there's still a couple of weeks to make that judgement.

Good point. Have plenty of time to make more signings and theres no point of signing someone now if we already have a goalscorer :)

From what I've seen it's all thats missing, they dont come cheap though. Maybe TW could pluck someone out of non league as theres plenty out there who can make the step up, you only need to look at Eastwood and Charlie Austin.

yea there seems to be a huge unseen talent in non league, would be great if we found another eastwood or austin. and if we cant afford anyone, then there is always loanee's.

spencer managed to score afew last season before his iinjury so yea he could get a few, and paterson has been scoring in pre season, so it's sounding quite gd.

In the Echo today Spencer says he's aiming for 20 goals this season. Quite ambitious methinks, especially if he's playing on the wing or not playing regularly, but let's hope so. He'll certainly get a few. I think Paterson will score more though.

For goalscorers, you can get 66s on both Paterson and Spencer, 100s for Corr, 150 for Sturrock

Glad to see that's finally come up. I sent them a message asking, as he wasn't on there. As players were listed up to 150/1, I had hoped that Spencer would be priced around that region, so I was a bit disappointed when they replied saying 66/1, and so haven't placed the bet.
