Absolutely - at most Wimbledon home games in their last season at Selhurst Park the away fans outnumbered the home fans. IIRC, this was because they had announced the move to MK in the summer, so all their fans buggered off to form AFC Wimbledon.

Not the game I was thinking of, but that is a possibility..

The one i'm thinking of is more recent...

It must've been an away game against Orient - 200 home fans and 3,000 let out for the day.

My guess is non-league FA Cup but I can't think of any in recent times. Gigg Lane '91 must've been close.

Well I would've said LDV against Wrexham as they were at home, but we were outnumbered there anyway.

Nope, think a little harder....

I'll give you a little clue, it was in the last 5 or 6 years...
