Time to look forward to the future

Right i know the loss of Peter Clarke is a real big one. He made that center back posistion hes own and was certainly one of the better perfromers over the last 2 seasons. But hes gone now and its time to move on and look for a replacement.

BUT!!

Who is good enough to come in a replace him? i mean i know quite a few of us would like to see Dorian come back but can you really see it? I for one cant (not to put a downer on it).... im not really sure who is good enough to come straight into the side and make that posistion hes own, and if someone is found can be a) afford him or b) will they want to come to us.

Your ideas?

ps/ sorry if this has been brought up already.
