Na i'm not gonna give a rude comment cause I can see both your view and Trueblue's view. And i'm gonna be honest Tilson does repeat himself in way of comment's etc which proper annoys me as we never find a way to win. But I can't see no better man for the job, I think he is a good manager and it is only troubles off the pitch which has cause problems on the pitch.

not what im saying for example i was al for rob neman alvin martin ect bein sacked but when its not tillys fault . i dont understand how he can be blamed he may have made wrong desicons but what ever he decided wouldnt have improved this season. and true blue annoys me always MOANING about someone/thingrather than supporting

You are really deluded - no1 fan? dont be so stupid there are plenty and I mean plenty of others who do more then I do, I am just a normal bloke who likes to go as many games as possible for Christ sake, you really do spout some tripe mate.

Everyone has a view on Tilson.

Personally think he has done a great job. I would have been gutted to loose him a few years ago so I dont see what has changed. As a rule people get better at their job the longer they do it and I dont see why Tilly is any different. He also for my mind is the mosty succesful manager the club has ever had.

I do think its a bit niave to think Tilson wont make mistakes. He is a young manager, working currently with some fairly basic players and he has no assistant to talk of to bounce ideas off.

Add to that his staff arent motivated, he cant sign anyone and he cant even be sure he will be paid come the end of the month.

I personally get annoyed when people turn on him for making a mistake. What manager does not make mistakes. Surely every manager must make mistakes. If he didnt make them we wouldnt have him. Does everyone not make mistakes at work.

I would also say baring in mind our current financial woes I could hardly see anyone with any form of track record wanting to take over.

Playing devils advocate of 23 home games this season Millwall have won 17 of them and only lost once at home all season so you could argue that our chances of winning there (baring in mind we only won 3 aways all season and lost 17) were pretty slim regardless of manager.

I also dont think we have won there since about 1991 something like that. Not that its a major factor but its not a ground we normally do well at either.

I think it is just Tilsons tactics. They are limited to passing it, which is great when we have possession, but we don't have a plan B (other than hoofing and hoping). His post match interviews are a bit tedious and predictable.

Other than that, he is grrrrrrrrrrrreat!

personally think Tilson has done as much as he can... know its been extremely difficult this season and the finances, late payments and the 'Brushy' situation. HOWEVER, there are a number of things e.g. tactics, team selections and substitutions that he got wrong. Bournemouth have had all sorts of the same problems this year and got promoted with a 30 year old in charge so Tilson is not totally blameless!!!

He never will come out and have a go at the players after poor results.. thats not how he is so i don't know why people still expect it after six years.

If he was to go now I would'nt be too bothered, yes he is Southend's greatest manager but i think too much as gone on now and its too much for him to turn round.

We need to get a new man in who has no connections to southend, bring in his staff and whoever is in charge need to get rid of players that have too much influence in the changing room e.g. Barrett and Macca (and i like them) and some of the deadwood eg. scannell (yes he played better in a **** team thats all he still isnt good enough) vernon and sankofa.

I would happily give Tilson up until xmas to see how a completely new team (plus Grant, Moussa and Baldwin??) he has put together is gelling. Just becuase he got us promoted last time in this league doesn't mean he will automatically do it again!
