I have it on very good authority that Tilly had "very strong words" with the players at half time on Tuesday.

I can't go into details but will say that apparantly this is most unusual for him, as it's not normally his style and caught the players by surprise.

I think it is very fair to say though that he demands much more passion and commitment from ALL the players. He is not at all happy with what he considers to be "lazy performances" from some, and has threatened changes!

Tilly will not go down without a fight!!

If that is true it is good news. It's about time that one or two of the players were told that they need to sort themselves out and give some more commitment to the team.

Not to sure about him "threatening changes" because, as he himself has said, the squad is down to the bare bones and we don't exactly have many other options

I thought that as well.

I am only reporting what I have heard though. Perhaps he has said "you have until January to prove you want to be here"?!

He needs to be more agressive towards the players now, because a few of them are taking the ****.

Or he is threatening changes by telling established players that, the way they're playing at the moment, he may as well bring in squad members like The Moose?

Nothing much more to add, just that he went in at HT and had a few words so it sounds like it wasn't the most pleasant of 15 minutes for the players!!
