I hope he doesn't come out with the old "Its not our bread and butter so we'll concentrate on the league but this is a nice opportunity to test ourselves against some quality opposition" cliché
I know its true, but God it gets boring hearing that every week from almost every football manager. Why can't they just be honest and say:
"Yayyyyy! Its ****ing awesome! As if we drew with those *******s? The players are well ****ing keen and want to stick 4 past them and I'll be quids in now. As for the Stockport game? Well yeah, that's whats more important I guess, but Hell... its not Chelsea is it?"
