Yesterday I read on here of someone who called right on the button of 9.30 am (try ringing before and you get the 'I'm sorry but we only work part time and we're shut message'), got 5th or 6th in the Q and got sorted in a few minutes.
I did the same today, and it worked. So thank you that man (or woman).:clap:
