Went to collect my tickets at the North East ticket office after 12.30 as instructed yesterday only to find it shut at 12.45. Went to main ticket office to tell them, queued up for ten minutes and when it was my turn the lad serving me motioned for me to wait while he proceeded to make a personal mobile phone call, unbelievable. Eventually I was seen and told the other office was open as the key had now been found. The club must remember that the ticket office is often the only direct contact fans have with the club and they must get it right.

Did you apologise for disturbing the lads phone call? Just who do you think you are?:tease:
 
I ordered mine over the phone in the week & specifically asked them not to post them but to leave them in the North East office.

Got to NE office & no tickets. Back to the ticket office & after queuing up, giving my details she printed them off. I asked why she was printing them when surely they were already printed to be told they wasn't yet. They come in for a lot of stick on here & tbh sometimes its unfair because they are taking the flak for the club's inadequacies, but that yesterday was **** poor
 
Hasn't the ticket office manager quit again? We seem to go through them as quickly as chief exes
