Well aparently its into the late 100's in terms of calories which means skipping a whole days food probably! Supposedly all the protein in it. Also good for the skin because of this fact too....

apparently the reason why it hurts so much if you get it in your eye (allegedly!) is because the sperm actually tries to swim in and impregnate it!
