It’s possible - and this is entirely speculation - that one or two departures may be in the interests of unity within the camp. We heard that there were some cliques previously when Ranger was about and it’s known from his recruitment policy at Charlton that SCP places great importance, as well he should, on togetherness and having the right characters in the dressing room. If one or two may have not been seen to be helping this cause in recent months he may look to move them on irrespective of their technical ability or how many times they’ve turned out for the first team this season. Let’s see.

That could be total tosh in this instance though and it may just be that one or two of the younger lads have attracted interest from other clubs prepared to give them first team football.

It could well be a keeper.

In recent weeks/months we've had Oxley in goal and Nathan Bishop on the bench. Ted Smith is presumably getting close to return and Josh Bexon's loan at Kitzbuhel is up.

I'd almost be surprised if something didn't happen there, although maybe that will be a move to a lower level club outside the transfer window rules.

Theo's had more than enough chances and just doesn't perform. Even without signing anyone new I'd rather give Wabo or Ba the game time over him. Shame it didn't work out but he's had a year and has not improved in the slightest.

Good move all round. Let’s hope they sign him on a permanent in the summer and that will remove one of those disastrous long term contract decisions off the books
