An Israeli doctor said "Medicine is so far advanced in my country we can take a kidney out of one person, put it in another, and have him looking for work in 6 weeks.

The German doctor says "That's nothing, we can take a lung from one person, put in another and have him looking for work within 4 weeks"

The English doctor said "Ha! that's nothing we can take an arsehole from Scotland, put him in 10 Downing St. and have half the country looking for work in 24 hours."
