May i please ask a question, and maybe im stupid, but if the playoff matches are still going on, how can peeps already be promoted?. We have had 12 matches thus far, but promotion seems to have been decided after 6 (unless in missing something of course, quite possible by the way!!)

Promotion via the play-offs during the first three sessions is decided by the next set of 6 fixtures, so now for the fourth session the same applies promotion is decided on the first six matches of the play-offs not all 15.

If you look at the thread "How the Prediction League Play-Offs work" which was posted on the 6th May it states:

The play-Off Prediction League is open to all but also doubles up in deciding who will be promoted via the Pl Play-offs.

Who is going to be promoted via the play-offs will be decided by the scores gained in No. 1 Fixtures of the Pay-off Prediction League which starts Thursday 10th May 2018 at the following link:
