Themed nights

I am sure we are all familiar with having fancy dress for birthday nights out, just wondering if anyone had any original ideas, or themes you have done that worked really well.

Thanks all

we had a politically incorrect fancy dress night, so people came as rapists, terrorists, blacked-up etc... was really good

Ask Ian the Girth, he told me a fantastic costume he dressed up in once!! I am dressing up as a pirate this weekend for my mates 21st pirate themed party. Someone I know is going as a chinese man with a bag of dvds. Pure class

How the hell do you dress as a rapist?

i can't find a pic of the rapist, who basically was just some tramp with a dildo hanging outof their flies

note twin towers in background

Themed parties that I have been to include:

* Sound of Music (I went as a nun)
* Star Wars (I went as an old Obi Wan)
* Tube Stations (I went as Cockfosters)

:D

I once went to a party as a Petrol Pump.it was a shame to have to hide half my manhood..

I have done Cockfosters too. Got an Aussie hat and attached Fosters cans where the corks were. I then got a stuffed rubber glove to attach on the top to make it a bit **** (as in chicken) like. I was in Lourdes though so I couldn't go for a ruder version!

Weirdest I ever heard off was a theme based on the book of Reveleation.....

I thought you were going to say you just put a can of Fosters on your head and dressed up as an Australian.

Definitely, definitely try and get several of you in a group. My friends did Ghostbusters at uni which was frankly brilliant. Personally, I've been in a group of chimney sweeps at a cockney themed party (no-one seemed bothered by factual inaccuracies) and vets at a farm themed party.
