How can you have a manager & a "Head Coach"?
For me, that's surely more of an unworkable arrangement than a Director of Football coming in over the head of any existing manager.
 
Is this going to happen everytime there is a vacancy in football management ? If so can the mods not create a seperate thread please.

Plymouth don't tend to go for the obvious choice when naming managers though, so Tilson could be a potential for them (after the relegation to L1).

Oh & no, it's quite funny ;)
 
If I was a football manager I would rule out the Plymouth job quite simply because of the location! It is so far out of the way of anything remotely decent!

These are definitely the most annoying threads for me personally.
Until the next Managers vacancy,and somebody on here links him to it, from the horses mouth, 'Tilly is going nowhere' 'Tilly is going nowhere' 'Tilly is going nowhere'. Say it three times and it might sink in.

In all seriousness I actually spoke to Tilson yesterday at the training ground and he said he thought that the fans have been **** all year.

Bit harsh really!

He also said that he is going to stop off for a Chicken Donner Kebab and a can of Red Bull and pop round mine to play golf and other sports that aren't really sports!

He also said that David Cameron is actually Ron's brother!

It's going to be a tough one but he knows Doctor Who, and Ron also has a key to a different type of time machine.
He said he'd take anything aslong as he would be paid! And also he then changed his mind and said, he would like to meet up with Pol Pot for a nice little cuddle!
