I don't like the article focusing on why he hasn't been played sooner? You could argue that by holding him back we are reaping the benefits of what he is now producing. Why does it need a negative twist on a positive story?

Wow. Two youngish lads write a good piece and the first two comments are negative!

Good stuff! Take the criticism as positive criticism!

JP was crowded out on saturday, and hardly had a shot. Lets hope he has more space against Morecambe and gets to run at players and get those shots in. I also like the way he hangs back for the backward pass or rebound on the edge of the penalty area when Coulthirst or Weston have bombed forward with the ball.

We've won 4 on the trot, what else can we moan about?

Think that's a pretty poor article to be honest.

Step up and write a blog or article for SZ/AAS if you think you can do better.

Let's try and frame any criticism in a more considered way, especially when talking about fellow SUFC fans.

Agreed.

I thought the piece was fairly good.

It's a good starting article for those that wrote it - well done for having a go and putting it out there - look forward to seeing more of the same

Indeed, good stuff lads. Best thing to do with writing is write some more. And when you've done that, write even more. And then more after that. Practice may not make perfect, but it certainly makes much better. A certain Mr Slipperduke took that approach and it's turned out rather well for him...

Agreed, also reading can help with writing articles - might seem obvious, but some obvious things do get overlooked. I used to do a blog with someone years ago and it was quite enjoyable, so keep it up lads.

Jesus, was that really the best photo you could find of him?

Ha yeah, the least they could do is post a photo that doesn't make him look like a complete muppet. If there are any..
