The Rep system will be turned back on during the next 15 minutes...there are alterations to it so people who collect higher points totals (which in themselves will be harder to collect) cannot just bash the living daylights out of those with fewer points..

The Owners would like to thank Andee ( Bob Cratchitt ) for all his help in repairing and reinstating it . :)

Although I only tend to get rep when we're struggling, oddly. Hopefully I stay at the bottom of the rep ladder for a long time to come.

Well, not quite the bottom. As long as I stay above loz & seany t then that'll do me.
 
For those of us who are completely oblivious to what the heck you are talking about - although I have noticed a few added icons appear - please can someone explain how this system works?

I know everyone's been going on about it for ages but as it hadn't been working since I started on here, I never bothered to ask, but now it is, I think it might be helpful to know! Besides which I think I've been promised some green on here from time to time, and I assume that's to do with this and nothing illegal?!
 
See them scales bottom left corner, under your usertitle, next to the green circle thingy? See a post you like/hate, click it, click the relevant option ("I like/dislike this post" and type why. Click OK. Bingo. Rep added/subtracted. Can't do it to yourself, though, near as I can tell.
