The Refugees Sat 3rd Sept at club Riga!

Just to let you all know that if you're short of something to do on Saturday night, I'm playing at Club Riga this Saturday (3rd Sept). The band is called The Refugees - they've been going for years but I only joined at the end of last year. We play covers by The Who, Paul Weller, U2, Supergrass, Santana and many others that I can't remember off the top of my head.

So you recognise me I'm the p*ssed lead guitarist!

Ken's still in the band, but plays mostly percussion now as his back gives him a bit of trouble (bless!). A mate of mine, Glenn, has played drums with them for quite a while now - I used to be in a band with him years ago so he asked me to join this lot when the old guitarist left to go back to Scotland.

One good thing - I've lowered the average age of the band considerably!

Unfortunately couldnt make it on Saturday. When are you about this way next ?
