anyone on here a fan of coronation street?

i know its a long shot but back in the old days of 1993 (lol!!)
does anyone remember the queens pub?
it was run by liz mcdonald and i know it is located somewhere in manchester.
i was wondering if anyone knows where it is exactly located as i would like to pay a visit to it.

Obviously if I've said it then it's going to be my opinion.

I don't really think you needed to point that out, as I'm sure 99% of people who read the comment (as throwaway as it was) would have been able to deduce that.

I drink in Vera Duckworth's pub - The Old Grapes!! Corrie lot all drink in there.

In fact we got invited in to the Man Utd players Xmas Party in there in December, which was a very surreal experience.

I will be in there tomorrow lunch from 1pm until about 2.15pm, then a couple evenings a week after work. A number of us drink in there from our office.

I normally pop in for a mid week evening pint or the occasional friday/saturday night warm up beer.
