The key to our success this season

Has to be our home record.

For the last couple of seasons our away record hasn't been too shabby whereas our home record has been appalling. We all need to play a part in making Roots Hall a fortress. Getting on the players backs when the chips are down isn't going to help.

Getting off to a flyer today would be fantastic but it is not the end of the world if chit happens.

After all - look what happened after we beat them this time last year.

If losing today reverses the other early season results of last season, I'd settle for nil points today.

However, I want 3 points everyday in reality... and yes... as a home team, we've given points away all too easily.

Let's hope any tw*ts today get shouted down and shamed!

Look there is no cosmic connections invovling Southend they are just another team from the 4th Division. Deal is we beat them then focus on Lincoln.

Fully believe key to our success this year,will be the go ahead to build a new stadium,and therfore entice perhaps floating fans to come and see the team.
We have the management,the players,however a very small squad of supporters.

This no reflection on SZ members who live a distance away (So don't call me Wiggy 2).
