Exactly, Suffolk. All the posts on here about "Players are paid and that is all the incentive they should need" are so wide of the mark. Football is a mind-game, and Tilly hasn't just put together a squad, he has created a true TEAM.

As people from Yeovil have also commented on.

You can buy superstars but that doesn't guarantee success. Examples are the Holland team. A team full of super players that could do so well in tournaments but never do due to lack of team spirit. However I think that Van Basten is now started to sort this out

Another example is Middelsborough of the late 90's. A team with ravenilli, junihiho and emerson along with a few other superstars. Reached two cup finals but lost both and also got relegated in the same season.

A team brings success, individuals do not.
