The Eagles

I have just been looking at tickets to see The Eagles (the band :p) and they start at £50 for the cheapest seats.

Has anyone been already? Should i stop being tight and get them or just make do with taping them off the wireless?

Please help Shrimperzone

How about strapping a camoflauged video camera to your highly trained whippet who could sneak passed the door security persons to record the gig for free. I will warn you however that you may get the occasional shot of your whippet licking its own testicals as it gets increasingly bored of the show, although this may be preferable to watching the Eagles anyhoo

I've been to see them 3 times and they were brilliant at Earls Court (twice), but had crap sound at Twickenham a couple of years ago. I'm not massively into them but they put on a good show and the musicianship is first class. Although they will probably keep going for as long as they can charge £50+ (and still actually perform!!), you could class them in a 'last chance to see' kind of category, so if you haven't seen them before I'd say yes.
