The Duchess of Gloucester

Presenting the prize to Nadal at Queens. WHO the bloody FERK is this nobody posho?

Not an ardent Royalist then Paul? ;)

I think her husband is the Queen's first cousin. The Gloucesters have always been patrons on the tennis circuit though, wasn't it her shoulder that got cried on at Wimbledon a few years ago by one of the lady finalists?

Noooo, that was Princess Michael of Kent. She always does Wimbledon.

And in response to your first question, Viva La Revolution!

No it wasn't, that was the Duchess of Kent actually, not Princess Michael of Kent, another one married to one of the Queen's cousins. Just checked, you're right about it being the Kents, just not the right one.

The Duke of Kent and the Duke of Gloucester are both sons of brothers of the Queen's father - i.e. all were children of George V.
