Surely there is a law against the constant delaying of the Final Report and Accounts? As a shareholder I am getting a little annoyed that this is going on, as surely the last couple of years accounts wouldn't be bad reading?

It take companies house ages before they'll consider striking off a company, even then the Inland Revenue would contest it.
Plus even if you did get your hands on a set of financial statements it wouldn't have the level of breakdown to understand the day to day running of the entity.
