I'd move Barker on and give Luke Prosser a run in the side (don't think Sturrock will do this for a minute!)
Also think that whilst we have some decent midfielders, we need to shake things up there too, so for that reason I'd look to get rid of a couple.

Also, note that all those released weren't anywhere near the team in recent weeks, so were basically taking up wages.
Even with this lot gone, we have a sizeable first team squad - I think Sturrock will need to get rid of more if he wants to make signings.
