I just looked at the league table and thought to myself that Hull getting 3 points at Cardiff is a tough ask and probably just as tough will be the chances of us winning at home in front of a tense crowd.

Two years ago I was in the crowd at Grimsby thinking we'd blown it and the players performed miracles in the play offs. Last season we struggled to get over the finishing line but I was in the crowd at Swansea going mental when the truth dawned on us. The players dug deep when they needed to and I believe they can do it again tomorrow.

We could go into the Southampton game with all the pressure on Hull rather than ourselves. We've already been written off (me included enough times recently). Now we get a chance to prove them all wrong.

thanx for the good wishes - if we lose tomoro we will be really clutching at straws for staying up - our last hope will be that your lot will fail a dope test tomoro and get automatic relegation . Sorry if that sounds nasty - I know its not gonna happen !
