The 12th Man

Everyone talks about the fans being 'The 12th Man' in a football team when they are behind the club and what a difference it makes to the performance on the field.

I am as disappointed as everyone else with how the season has started with losing to Orient and seeing us concede two goals in the last five minutes of our first two away games and go on to lose hasnt helped me feel much better.

However there are two choices here..

People can either get on the teams back and watch the confidence drain out of the team more and more each game.

or..

Get behind the team, sing your hearts out for them and make an atmosphere to intimidate teams when they come down to Roots Hall.

Its an easy choice to make, lets get behind them!

was lsightly hard to make an atmosphere at brighton though when we were 50 meteres away from the pitch. was f*****g ridiculous. 22.50 and you need a telescope to watch the game.
i dont think its so much getting on the players back at the moment though they are doing there best, its really tilson that everyone is unhappy with becuase of the appauling tactics he is using.

yeah i do actually think not that many people on here are unhappy with the players, but the lack of creative tactics from tilly. this has been a discussion for months now. there are a lot of problems with have in the last five minutes. something that tilly has to work and work and work on.
