Thought a few of you may be interested in buying a ticket...

The draw is made on the 15th December.

In the small print you only win it if more than 150,000 tickets are sold. Otherwise (as per clause 26 of "the rules") it's a percentage of tickets sold minus "administration costs" which could be his time and trouble and that of his solicitor.

A money making scam, not an altruistic gesture from a banker looking to spread little love as he seems to want to make out.

Assuming he's sold that many tickets, he'll have also have likely picked up in excess of £50,000 in interest.
