I'd give them a bell, it sounds like it might be that the picture hasn't downloaded properly. better to get it sorted now that not be able to get into the game!

Do they work on iPhones do people with them know? Just that iPhone's can't receive conventional picture texts, so I wondered if that'd be an issue...

that's right... the special readers on the gate pickup the 'picture'... well that's what they are supposed to do. Mine never worked last time and it took a little while to get into the ground - so perhaps allow for this when deciding at what time you leave for the match.

shame they can't send some kind of reciept as well, either text or email.

Mine is the same...They used to be big, full screen types, but now just small in the corner ones. It will work fine!

My guess would be that, just like with the paper tickets & season cards, if you didn't gain entry to the ground with it on Tuesday night then it will be fine for the re-arranged game. I'd check with the club to make certain though.
