It shows you how good he was, he won Player of the Season in 1972/73, despite players like King Billy and Gary Moore knocking in the goals for fun. He was also a good goal scorer himself, twisting the defender this way then that, and could find the corner of the net with either foot. Gary once said, how could he fail to score so many headers with a crosser of the ball like Terry Johnson in the team.
