the comedy stylings were off the mark as per usual but fair play for putting us over on TV.
 
not quite sure how he has 'made it' as a comedian, rarely got a laugh throughout the show and rightly so

I saw him "headline" at a comedy cafe & he walked off in a strop having died for the first half of his 1 hour set! He was dreadful!
 
Each to their own of course, but I disagree...I saw him at a small venue in Southgate some years back; I sat in the front row with my 1970 retro WBA SUFC version shirt on and he LOVED it and we had a nice chat afterwards....Anyone flying the flag for us must be welcome!!

Yep, agreed. He's promoting our team so don't really care if people are criticising him, I think he's ok!
 
I saw him a few weeks ago at Garron's as part of the soon much to be missed Essex Cricket week.
Thought he was great even before he gave the Blue's a few positive comments.

Went down very well with most on the night but all a matter of taste I suppose........
