Technical help needed - embedded video clip

Sorry, should have mentioned, I get to the site and get the picture up but when I click to play nothing happens

Weird, being an Internet based company I wouldn't have thought it would have been slow connection. Left it for about ten mins and nothing happens. Not like we have any restrictions on web content either (**he says with Youtube playing merrily away in the background**)

It might therefore be a codec or plugin issue with the material you are trying to play - this problem is especially relelvant when you use Firefox - however if you usually use YouTube then I wouldn't have thought this would be an issue as most streaming internet videos are encoded as MP4 for space saving reasons.

It might also be that your local firewall is blocking the site for some reason.

I doubt it is a codec issue as it is a flash stream similar to YouTube and iPlayer.

Phil does the iPlayer streaming version work for you?
